As an&nbsp;Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in growing APB's pipeline by sourcing and qualifying new leads through outbound prospecting and event-based calling campaigns. Your work will directly support the sales engine by ensuring our team has a steady flow of clean, qualified opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with outbound outreach, thrives in a structured environment, and wants a clear path into a future&nbsp;Junior Sales Representative&nbsp;position. Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting<ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Identify and prospect new residential building and renovation companies</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Source new companies not already in the CRM</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers using approved scripts</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Qualify and add new Marketing Qualified Records (MQRs) into the CRM</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Ensure all leads meet APB's target market and data quality standards</li></ul>Lead QualificationTo count as a qualified record, each new MQR must meet&nbsp;all&nbsp;required criteria:<ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Operates in&nbsp;new homes&nbsp;or&nbsp;renovations</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Has an active website</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Is new to the CRM</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Includes a direct work email address</li><li class="ql-indent-1">No generic inboxes such as info@, admin@, or sales@</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Is not sourced via connected accounts</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Meets APB's qualification and data quality standards</li></ul>Event-Based Calling Campaigns<ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Execute outbound calling campaigns to support APB events</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Drive qualified registrations for webinars, workshops, and other events</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Follow campaign timelines, scripts, and outreach processes</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Support priority event campaigns as part of core role expectations</li></ul>CRM &amp; Process Discipline<ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Maintain clean, accurate, and timely CRM records</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Follow all calling, compliance, and system usage guidelines</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Use company tools, reporting systems, and workflows consistently</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Work from approved scripts, lists, and campaign briefs provided by APB</li></ul>Performance ExpectationsThis is an output-driven role with clear expectations:<ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Contact&nbsp;1,500 companies per month</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Add&nbsp;150 new qualified MQRs per month</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Maintain accurate and reliable CRM data</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Follow all outreach, compliance, and reporting standards</li></ul>Consistency matters more than occasional big weeks. Success in this role comes from discipline, follow-through, and clean execution over time. Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, sales development, or a similar high-volume outreach role preferred</li><li>Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day</li><li>Strong resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally</li><li>High attention to detail, especially around data quality and CRM accuracy</li><li>Coachable, process-driven, and open to feedback</li><li>Strong verbal communication skills</li><li>Organized and able to manage repetitive execution with consistency</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work remotely without distraction</li><li>Hungry to grow into a long-term sales career</li></ul>This role is best suited for someone who is driven, mentally tough, and ready to earn advancement through results.
